What to include in your message
Email is fastest when the essentials arrive in the first note — it saves a round of back-and-forth and gets you a sharper quote. None of it is required, but every line below moves you up the queue.
- What you're moving — buying, selling, recycling or freight
- Box type & size — e.g. 40″ × 48″ × 36″ double-wall Gaylord
- Grade needed — A, B, C, D, or “whatever's cheapest that works”
- Quantity — by the pallet, the truckload, or per week
- Your zip — for delivery or pickup freight
- Timing — one-off, or a standing weekly need
- Photos — helpful for surplus you want us to buy

Messages sent over the weekend land at the top of Monday's queue. Complex multi-size or nationwide freight quotes can take an extra day while we confirm stock and lanes — we'll tell you if so.

The yard is set up for trucks. To keep turns quick and safe, please email before you roll so we can stage your load and have a dock and a person ready:
- Confirm your delivery or pickup window in advance
- Bring your reference or quote number for fast check-in
- Standard trailer access; tell us if you need liftgate or flatbed
- Walk-ins can't be guaranteed a dock — email first
