Buy Gaylord boxes — used or new, delivered
A dependable pipeline of bulk boxes and cartons, matched to your spec and grade, and dropped at your dock on schedule. No scramble, no surprises.
Tell us what you need to buy
Send a size, quantity and zip — we'll quote it, usually within one business day.
To buy from us, send three things: the size (or the product you are packing), the quantity, and your zip code. We match your load to the right used or new Gaylord grade, quote landed pricing — usually within one business day — and deliver. Ongoing needs get a standing supply agreement so the boxes just keep arriving.
One catalog, every trip
Whether you want the cheapest reliable box or a spec-critical new one, it comes from the same team and the same truck.
Used Gaylords, Grades A–D
Reclaimed triple- and double-wall bulk boxes, inspected and sorted by condition. The greenest and lowest-cost way to move product.
New Gaylords
First-run boxes when you need food-grade liners, export strength, or exact repeatable specs across a long program.
Boxes & cartons
RSC cartons, telescoping boxes, sleeves, dividers and lids — new or reclaimed, in run sizes from a pallet to a full trailer.
Not sure which grade fits? Our used Gaylord grades page breaks down A–D condition, and custom solutions covers odd sizes and made-to-order runs.
The spec checklist
The more of this you can send up front, the tighter and faster the quote. Miss a few lines and we will just ask — or spec it for you from the product itself.
- Dimensions Inside length × width × height in inches (for Gaylords, the standard 48″ × 40″ footprint is the default — tell us if yours differs).
- Wall grade Single-, double- or triple-wall. Not sure? Give us the load weight and we will spec the strength you need.
- Condition grade A–D for used, or new. Higher grades for repeat-use and display; lower grades for one-way or scrap-bound loads.
- Quantity & cadence A one-time count, or a weekly or monthly draw. Cadence unlocks standing-supply pricing.
- Delivery zip & dock Where it ships, plus dock or liftgate details and receiving hours so freight is right the first time.
- Accessories Lids, bottom caps, liners, straps or pallets to complete the unit load — bundled on the same truck.
Only know the product?
That is plenty. Tell us what you are packing — the item, its weight, how many per box and the pallet pattern — and our team reverse-engineers the right box, wall and grade. It is how most first-time buyers start.
Odd sizes, made-to-order runs and specialty liners route through custom solutions, still on one quote.
From spec to dock in four steps
No account setup, no minimum contract to get a number. Email starts it.
Send your spec and zip
Give us dimensions and wall grade — or just the product, load weight and pallet size, and we will spec it for you. Add your delivery zip and target quantity.
Get a quote in one business day
We check live inventory across our network, grade-match your order, and send landed pricing including freight. Most quotes go out inside 24 business hours.
Approve and schedule
Confirm the quantity and delivery window. We stage the boxes, band and wrap the load, and lock in a truck that fits your dock and receiving hours.
Delivered and inspected
Boxes arrive palletized and grade-consistent. Reorder with a one-line email, or roll into a standing supply so you never chase stock again.
Volume break points
Used boxes are already the value play. Buying deeper drops the per-box number further — and stabilizes your supply.
| Order size | Typical buyer | What changes |
|---|---|---|
| 1–5 pallets | Trial runs, seasonal spikes | Grade-matched, quick-ship from nearest yard |
| Full truckload (LTL/FTL) | Steady production lines | Best per-box price, freight optimized |
| Standing supply | High-volume shippers | Reserved inventory, scheduled drops, locked pricing |
Break points depend on grade, size and lane — the quote spells out exactly where your order lands.
How your boxes get to the dock
Every quote is landed pricing — the freight is baked in, so there is no surprise line on the invoice. How it ships depends on the size of the load and your dock.
LTL, 1–5 pallets
Less-than-truckload for smaller or trial orders. Palletized, banded and stretch-wrapped, with liftgate service available for docks without a leveler.
Full truckload
FTL for production volumes — the best per-box freight rate and a single-stop drop. We load to protect grade and maximize the cube of the trailer.
Backhaul-matched
When your lane lines up with freight we already run, backhaul pricing shaves cost and empty miles. Ask and we will check the map on your zip.
Scheduled drops
Standing-supply customers get recurring deliveries on a set cadence — the boxes arrive before you run out, no reorder email required.

Selling empties back? We deliver the new load and haul your surplus on the same visit — one trip, two problems solved.
What each condition grade means
Used boxes only save you money if the quality is predictable. Every reclaimed Gaylord is inspected and sorted before it ships, so the grade on your quote is the grade on your dock.
| Grade | Condition | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| A | Like-new, clean, full strength, minimal wear | Display, repeat-use, customer-facing shipments |
| B | Sound walls, light cosmetic wear or old labels | Everyday bulk shipping and internal transfer |
| C | Serviceable, visible wear, some repair or crushing | One-way loads, scrap collection, dunnage |
| D | Rough but structurally usable | Budget one-way, storage, recycling collection |
- Grade guarantee If a delivered load does not match the grade you ordered, tell us and we make it right — replacement, credit or refund.
- Consistent sorting A Grade B order looks like a Grade B order, pallet after pallet, so your line runs without surprises.
- New when it counts Need identical spec every single time? First-run new Gaylords lock it in — food-grade liners, export strength, exact repeats.
The full A–D breakdown lives on our used Gaylord grades page.
Who buys boxes from us
If your operation moves product in bulk, a Gaylord touches it somewhere. These are the docks we fill most often.

Agriculture & food processing

Recyclers & scrap handlers

Manufacturing & assembly
Plants moving parts and WIP between lines and suppliers with repeatable, spec-critical box programs.
Movers & storage
Relocation and storage operators buying clean Grade A–B boxes and accessories for customer-facing loads.

Sound familiar?
Most buyers arrive with one of these problems. Here is how a box order solves it.
Harvest hit and you are short boxes
Volume flexes hard for a few weeks. We ship grade-matched pallets same week from the nearest yard and scale the draw up and down with your season — no annual commitment.
Finance wants packaging spend down
Swap new boxes for inspected Grade B used on the loads that do not need first-run, and reserve new only where spec demands it. The per-box line drops immediately.
Your supplier keeps running out
A standing-supply agreement reserves inventory in your size and grade and delivers on a set cadence, so boxes stop being the thing that halts your line.
You buy boxes and toss empties
Pair buying with our sell service: the truck that delivers your next order hauls last week's empties away for cash on the same trip.
Standing supply, so boxes are never the bottleneck
If you burn through boxes every week, stop re-quoting every time. A standing supply agreement reserves inventory in your size and grade, sets a delivery cadence, and holds your price steady against a spot market that moves.
It also feeds the loop: many standing-supply customers sell their emptied boxes back to us on the same trucks that deliver the next batch. Learn how that works on our sell service, or see the whole system on the Reuse Loop.
