The whole loop, one partner

Buy. Sell. Recycle. Haul.

Most suppliers stop at the sale. We handle a box across its entire life — sourcing, delivery, buy-back, recycling and the freight in between.

The short answer

EcoBoxes Cali runs five connected services around one asset — the bulk box. We buy you boxes (used or new), buy your surplus back, recycle what is worn out to zero landfill, haul it all on our own fleet, and build custom closed-loop programs around your dock. One email to hello@ecoboxescali.com reaches the whole loop.

Services at a glance

Which service, and what it does

Same team, same trucks, one inbox — but each service solves a different problem. Here is the quick comparison before you dig into any single page.

How the loop connects

Five services, one circular system

Ordinary box suppliers sell you a box and disappear. We designed our services so the end of one is the start of another — which is why nothing you buy from us has to die in a dumpster.

Start on the buy side: you need bulk boxes, so we match your spec to reclaimed Grade A–D Gaylords or first-run new stock and deliver. You pack them, ship your product, and the boxes pile up empty behind the dock.

That is where most supply chains leak money — paying a hauler to landfill perfectly reusable corrugated. Instead, our sell service buys those empties back. The reusable ones go straight to the next shipper; whatever is too worn flows into recycling and baling, so the fiber re-enters the mill stream with a documented paper trail rather than a tipping fee.

Tying it together is our own freight fleet. The truck that drops your next order can grab your surplus on the way out — backhaul matching that cuts empty miles, carbon and cost on both legs. Stack all of it into a repeatable, dock-specific program and you have custom solutions.

Combine services and the numbers change

The real savings show up when you stop treating boxes as five separate transactions. Run two or more services as one program and the economics compound.

  • Buy + Sell A closed loop: order your next batch and sell back last week's empties on the same visit. Your inbound supply and outbound surplus net against each other.
  • Sell + Recycle One pickup clears the whole dock — reusable boxes earn a buy price, worn ones get baled and diverted, and you never call a separate waste hauler.
  • Buy + Transport Delivery and backhaul on one lane. The truck arrives full and leaves full, so you split the freight instead of paying two one-way rates.
  • All five = Custom Standing supply, scheduled buy-backs, baling and reverse logistics wrapped into a single managed program with locked pricing and one point of contact.
Getting started

Onboarding takes an email, not an account

No portal to set up, no minimum contract to get a number. Here is exactly how a new customer goes from first email to a running service.

Email the details

Send what you need — boxes to buy, surplus to sell, or waste to divert — along with sizes, quantities and your zip. A couple of phone photos of the load help more than anything.

Get scoped and quoted

We route you to the right service, check live inventory and lane costs, and send real numbers — landed buy pricing, a sell offer, or a diversion plan, usually within one business day.

Schedule the first move

Approve it and we book a delivery, pickup or haul that fits your dock hours and receiving windows. Our own fleet handles the freight either direction.

Set the cadence

Recurring need? We roll it into a standing supply, a scheduled buy-back, or a full custom loop — so the boxes keep flowing without you re-quoting every time.

Coverage

One hub, nationwide reach

We run from a hub at 2532 S 1560 W in Woods Cross, Utah — a crossroads of I-15 and I-80 that puts a huge share of the country inside an efficient lane.

Intermountain West

Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada, Colorado and Arizona are our home turf — often same-week delivery and pickup straight off our own trucks.

The lower 48

Coast to coast via our freight network and backhaul matching. If it fits on a trailer, we can quote a lane to or from your dock.

Email-only, always

No phone tag. Everything runs through hello@ecoboxescali.com, so your specs, quotes and schedules live in writing where you can find them.

Services FAQ

Questions before you pick a service

The things new customers ask when they land on this page.

Do I have to use all five services?
Not at all. Plenty of customers only buy, or only sell, or only need freight. The services are built to connect, but each stands on its own — start with the one that solves today's problem and add others when they help.
How do I know which service I need?
If you need boxes, that is buy. If boxes are piling up, that is sell or recycling. If something just needs to move, that is transport. Describe it in the form and we will confirm.
Is there a contract or minimum to start?
No. There is no account setup or minimum contract to get a quote. Freight economics improve as volumes grow, and recurring needs can move to standing agreements — but you can start with a single pallet or a single pickup.
How fast do you respond?
Most quotes go out within one business day of a complete email — sizes, quantities, condition and a zip. Sending a few photos of the load speeds it up further.
Do you really operate email-only?
Yes. We run on hello@ecoboxescali.com rather than a phone line. It keeps every spec, price and schedule in writing — fewer mistakes, faster turnarounds, and a record both sides can reference.
Where are you located and how far do you reach?
Our hub is in Woods Cross, Utah, and we serve all 48 contiguous states through our freight and backhaul network. The Intermountain West often gets same-week service off our own fleet.

Got boxes to move — or a dock to fill?

Whether you are buying, selling, or recycling, one email starts it all.
